  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Thacker's. We had an old air conditioner and furnace replaced. They were great to work with from beginning to end. High quality products and workmanship with very reasonable pricing.

  I purchased a new high efficiency boiler from Thacker two years ago, and they have come out twice this winter when I called with problems. The price for the boiler beat all other estimates and their service has always been great. I just got the bill for my service call. I was charged for 1/3 of an hour for labor - the actual time the technician spent here. Who does that any more?? They are a small business and I’ve been nothing but satisfied with the job they’ve done.

  I made the mistake of called the big, flashy company in the area. They told me my compressor was locked up and unrepairable. On a whim, I called up Thacker, their tech was professional, came out the same day, and actually took the time to diagnose the problem. He showed me where the other company's tech had connected the compressor incorrectly and was able to fix my supposedly "unrepairable" compressor for just a few bucks. I would highly recommend this company for their integrity, speed, and reasonable pricing.
