  What an absolute pleasure working with this company! The office staff member was very kind on the phone. She even helped when I called to ask if the technician could text when he was here. I quickly received an appointment time (with only a 2 hour window-unlike most AC companies) and the technician was on time and incredibly professional. Patrick was able to quickly resolve our AC issue and explained everything he was doing along the way. After charging the system he went above and beyond to identify a slow leak. Great service, great company and HIGHLY recommended! In the future I plan to request service by Texas Choice, thank you for doing such a great job and thank you Patrick for being so kind, respectful, and professional!

  I was referred to them from my home warranty company. Patrick did an amazing job getting my ac fixed, cleaned and cooling better than it has for years. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing at each step. I am not trusting of most service companies BUT this one is A+ and I'll never use anyone else again and will be telling others of their top notch service...Thank you!

  I have a home warranty thru American Homesheid and the first company dispatched told my spouse and I we would have to replace our entire HVAC System I requested a second opinion and Texas Choice was dispatched and determined that the motor was blown saved us a couple thousand dollars by replacing the motor; I would recommend to support this locally owned company; honesty and integrity means a lot these days
