  Excellent service! Would highly recommend to anyone! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to go into the attic and replace a missing part from an installation that was done by the home builder.

  My home warranty hired this so called company to repair my AC unit in 2021 in Aug. it’s now the end of March 2022 and my air conditioner still isn’t fixed. Home warranty gave me their number and I have yet to get a call back. And they never answer the phone. Having my home warranty remove this company from my service request. It’s crazy I can call a real AC company and they have my coil in stock but this company keeps claiming they can’t get it. That it is back ordered. This is not a big company it’s more like a home based business. And I have nothing against small businesses but I live in Texas and just bought this home and we haven’t had air conditioning for almost a year. That is unacceptable.

  My warranty company AHS selected them and they came out to my house on a Wednesday to evaluate my 39 year old ducts that have not been replaced since the house was built. Was told they would confirm if my warranty covered a replacement and notify me in 24 hours. Didn't hear back so I called on Friday asking for an update. I was promised they would call me back in 30 minutes after calling the AHS and that they would give me a quote of the costs with or without the warranty, but never heard back. Called AHS the following Monday and they said Texas Best Heating & Air never updated the notes regarding my service request ticket and that they would reach out to them. Heard back from my warranty company on Tuesday saying the contractor told them the damage to the ducts weren't from normal wear and tear so my claim was denied. Called Texas Best and was told they only sent pictures and didn't tell AHS the damage wasn't from normal wear. After several back and forth calls from AHS and Texas Best, Texas Best finally stopped lying and admitted they told AHS the damage wasn't from normal wear and tear. They guy actually had the nerve to sound irritated with me as if he was the one with the horrible customer service experience. So no I wouldn't recommend them and I'd request a different contractor if your warranty company tries to connect you with them. They wasted my time, money, and clearly didn't want my business because they never told me what the cost was without the warranty. Shout out to Mike Reyes Heating and Air-conditioning for coming out the next day of me calling and replacing the ducts at an affordable price
