  Very rude when you call and and not understanding of situation . Dealt with them for three years and to treat their customers like they do when you call is uncalled for. All I can say is when God closed a door he will open another one. I will say there service men are great. It's just the person you have to call to get to them that is rude. Oh well I will get someone else to assist for my needs for now on.

  I needed gas line replaced & new furnace. Terry's prices were reasonable. The workers efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.

  They were too busy to take my service request, but the gentleman on the phone was super polite. I'm tech/machinery saavy, so he talked me through things I could check to fix it on my own. Just by talking to them I can tell they genuinely care for customers- especially when they don't have furnace in the winter months.
