  They installed the upstairs unit and repaired the downstairs unit. Not even a year after installing the upstairs unit, they had to return and repair due to not blowing cold or cool air. The down stairs unit condensation drain valve was not draining properly, after 2 visits and 2 service charges for the same problem that was never fixed, the unit still does not drain properly. The lady answering the phone was condescending and unable to comprehend the situation. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, Hendrix Heating and Air has very good reviews.

  In an emergency timing even after we called our normal heating and air contractor that informed us they couldn’t come out until Monday (this was a Saturday) we call the Terrells and Steven Harris was at our house within 30 minutes. He very very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. We can’t praise him enough for his dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Steven and staff. We just found us a new heating and air contractor.
