Tempro is as professional as professional gets. After receiving news that our heat pump needed replacement by one of the "big companies", I began to call around to get quotes and opinions as typically recommended. Not only did Tempro come out for a same day analysis and quote, there was absolutely no pressure to "over sell" as I experienced with everyone else. Extremely honest and aggressive on pricing to replace the entire system after indicating that I did not need everything I had been told I did. We had a newborn coming that required quick installation, the experts at Tempro acquired all equipment and installed in less than a week so as to not inconvenience us with a new child. They respected our home and ensured it remained clean throughout the entire process. I am switching all of my HVAC needs to Tempro with their maintenance plan and look forward to working with them in the future. If you want honesty, professionalism, and quick service, and just that feeling that your not getting "ripped off" - do yourself a favor and call Tempro.

A Small company but that doesn’t justify their customer service, work, price, and professionalism! Luis was here on time, professional, & COVID friendly (mask + shoe covers without us having to ask). His quality of work and quickness clearly speaks for itself. My appointment was smooth and I was on my way to work in a matter of 30 minutes. He actually came a few days ago with an initial diagnostic price of under $100… (which everywhere else charges over $110) After ordering the part he was able to come back and no additional visit charge! Yea! I definitely recommend tempro! Thanks guys!

Luis and Jayro arrived in time frame scheduled. Completed the job of furnace and AC installation within time quoted prior to arrival. They took care in covering carpet and cleaning up behind themselves. I had 4 quotes, all of which were recommended by others prior to finding Tempro who was also by recommendation, and found Luis to be the most knowledgeable and most courteous of them all. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for quality and professionalism.
