  Installation of new boiler was done in a professional manner, neat, tidy and clean. Cost was very reasonable and system works very well. However service after the install is non-existent. It has been several years since the install and I haven't been able to get it serviced. Have tried to get them out in the spring, summer fall and winter, doesn't matter, It is always the "busy season", too busy in the summer doing installs, too busy in the winter doing installs. Says they will come out, never do. Seems like they just want to do installations and no service after the sale. I would urge anybody looking at any HVAC installer to find out how the after sale service is going to be before settling on any contractor
