  Great customer service! Anytime I have called them I usually get a response right away and both times I needed my AC fixed or checked I got an appointment within 24 hours. In July I was leaving out of town for the weekend and was leaving my cat at home. The day before we left our ac broke! Zach came the same day and was able to temporarily fix it so I wouldn’t have to board my cat after all. They are a very knowledgeable company and Zachary always takes the time to explain everything to me and also give me preventative tips!! Great company!

  I have been using Temperature Solutions to service my AC for several years. My experience with these guys has been very positive. They do a great job scheduling their work and are usually on-time, over the last 5 years I recall they were late one time, and were quick to inform me of the delay. It’s not unusual to get a call from Zack or Josh informing me they in route. What really keeps me coming back are the technician’s expertise and professionalism. They are very pragmatic and clearly communicate their findings and recommendations. The technicians at Temperature Solutions focus only on servicing the equipment, they leave the sales to the main office. I can’t stand it when I get a technician who wants to sell me a service contract or a more efficient unit and identifies all the deficiencies with my A/C. I have had several service companies whom I won’t name here which use their service techs as salesmen. To me, companies who use this business model are difficult to trust. The staff at Temperature Solutions clearly understand their business model and they all stay in their lanes. Much appreciated……
