  We had Tempco install our Rheem unit when our house was built around August last year. A few months ago we had a weird issue with our outside unit so our AC wasn't cooling - Tempco came out the same morning on a Saturday to fix! Literally within hours, understanding how hot the weather was getting. Recently, we discovered a manufacturer defect with our coil unit and once again, Tempco came through with the fix and help. I highly recommend them if you need help in this area. Thanks, Wayne, and team!

  These guys were recommended by a friend of a friend. I got 2 quotes and their quote was 37% below the other quote for comparable equipment. I also was told by the guy from the first quoting company i contacted that I needed to replace the furnace in my attic. Wayne at Tempco came out and looked at all of it to give me a quote and said the furnace in the attic did NOT necessarily need to be replaced, but he would be glad to do that. I was impressed by his honesty and we decided to replace it anyway since it was old. The guys that did the install were courteous and professional. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves (maybe cleaner than when they arrived). I would definitely use Tempco again. Highly recommend!

  I had a contract with Tempco to come out and service my unit twice a year. I was very satisfied when they came out in the fall to service the heater. When I called this Spring to get my air serviced the receptionist said that she would tell the owner and he would call me for an appointment. I waited a week and called back. She informed me that it had not been 6 months since I had gotten my contract and they wouldn’t come out unless it had been 6 months. I told her that she was looking at the wrong service and that it had actually been 6 months. So, she said she would have someone call me. I waited another week and decided to call the owner’s cell phone. He said that he would get back with me. To make a long story short, I called 5 times to try to get someone to even call me back to make an appointment or give me an excuse as to why they couldn’t come out right away. Never got a call. The last time I called I just told Wayne to send me a check for 1/2 of the contract price. This company shouldn’t be in business.
