  I was having a humidity issue in my crawl space which had a dehumidifies. They said the condensate pump and dehumidifier were working properly. We went through issues to resolve the problem and then 10 days later called in a different company. They said that the dehumidifier was running but not pulling moisture from the air. I have installed a new dehumidifier and now things are working. The info they provided was WRONG. The people are nice, but not at all accommodating when they make a mistake. I can't believe they won't do refund my expense when it cost me 2 weeks of having humidity that was too high in my crawl space and causing me allergy issues in the house do to mold/mildew. Very disappointing.

  Super professional and helpful. Came to check my HVAC unit and found that everything was working properly. Safety feature on my nest thermostat was giving me issues. Didn't even charge for the call. The best.
