  They came out poked around the furnace for 10 minutes said they can’t help me can’t find parts for my furnace didn’t take the number off the circuit board which they said was bad. They said they couldn’t do anything without the schematics on the furnace after I told them I replaced the heating element the year prior and was a direct replacement for a York. I found the circuit board product number and they refuse to order anything or even give an estimate on a furnace. NO HEAT

  As I'm sure you're aware, but for the sake of those that do not: We did not charge you a dime for the time we spent coming to your house and identifying the problem. Due to the poor state of your furnace, we felt it was a safety concern to make repairs after you had damaged a majority of the wiring, stripped out mounting screws and "causing things to spark" in your own words. We would have been happy to quote you for repairs and replacement, but refused to do business with you after you became hostile towards our technicians. So to recap: we attempted to help you, did NOT charge you, and then you left us an illegitimate review. Sound reasonable?
