  We have had a contract with them for 17 years to maintain our system, and it is still going strong. Regular maintenance is the key. The people have ALWAYS been polite and efficient in their dealings with us. A couple of years our a/c stopped working 4 hrs. before we were leaving for the airport (middle of summer) for a vacation. We have two cats that could not have tolerated the heat, nor could our cat setter who was not arriving until later that night. Since we had a service contract with them, and because they are so kind, they rescheduled their day and fixed our a/c within 2 hours. That is what I call excellent service.

  We love TempControl. We have been using them in our home since we moved to Vero Beach two years ago. The previous homeowners used them and so we continued the service. We have 4 a/c zones and John keeps them serviced perfectly. Anytime we have a problem -- hey, it's Florida and the a/c is always running non-stop -- , they are at our house the next day -- if not the same day. Chelsea, who handles appointments, phone calls and generally solves problems, is great. (And nothing has EVER gone missing from our house, ladders or otherwise. We regularly leave John in our home to do a/c service while we are out.)
