Called them and asked for help with a clogged kitchen sink. I was told they have no availability "forever". REALLY?? Not a great way to start with a new customer. UPDATE: Referencing your reply that is EXACTLY what I was told. That you have no availability FOREVER. I have been in customer service for longer than you have been in business so don't lecture me about what I do and don't understand. If you feel you can survive on the customers you have and never acquire a new customer good for you. You have reached a level of achievement few (if any) businesses ever achieve. Where I come from a business should ALWAYS be cultivating new customers. That little sink job today becomes a full plumb job on a new build tomorrow. Lastly you didn't get a one star review for not "being" able to schedule me. You got a one star review for CHOSING not to schedule me and more over the manner in which you communicated your intentions. You are not in the plumbing business nor are you in the customer service business, you are in the RELATIONSHIP business and you failed this one.

Steak, what you should have been told is we aren't taking any new customers at this time and been referred out. Receiving a 1 star review for not being able to schedule you seem extremely unfair. We have a commitment to our current customers before we can commit to new customers, sorry you don't under that.

After a very rough start and issues I listed previously, they have come back and fixed everything with no charge and been very response and diligent. There was obviously a communication problem between their front desk and the technicians. I am very happy with the way they have resolved this issue and will use them again. I have had them out twice since 4/5/21 to fix a furnace. The last time they did a "patch" but needed to order a part and said they would be back in about a week. It's been 6 weeks. Our furnace is not working. I have called 3 times this week to ask about the part and if they can come back and fix our furnace. Was told by receptionist that she would have to check with Tyler on Monday. On Tuesday, I called back and she said she still hadn't received an answer from Tyler but she would call me when she did. Called again on Friday, they are not in, and still no word and no furnace. They have been great when they have come out before, but very frustrated with lack of responsiveness to a non-working furnace. At LEAST let me know if there is a problem with the part and what our next step is. But don't keep me waiting another entire week with NO WORD. Frustrating. No choice but to move on and wish I had not shown so much patience.

1 star since they answered the phone when others did not. Hired to clean and service my furnace. Service was performed and later a home inspection was completed for prospective buyers. The blower motor was not touched. Covered with debris that was photographed by the inspector. When I contacted the office about the filth on the blower motor they gave me excuses as to how and why it was so dirty. Also tried to tell me the blower is not part of the furnace. Maybe they plumb better than they clean.
