DO NOT bother calling - especially if you have an emergency. If you don't have an account, they "can't dispatch anyone without an account" so why offer emergency repair.. it's not like we KNEW we were going to need it. Even when we have an account with another of our locations.. because THIS address was not in their system, they do nothing.
