  TC installed a new furnace for us a year and a half ago in our new home, but didn’t fix the old wiring to the thermostat so we couldn’t use our 2-stage furnace as 2-stage. Our gas line also ran through our ductwork, which they didn’t mention to us or get inspected, we found out after other companies came to give estimates. They also gave us a quote to install AC because our house didn’t have central AC, but when they came to install they said our ductwork wouldn’t support it and the wiring to the thermostat wouldn’t support it even though this was something they said they could fix when we talked to them before they came to do the install. We did get estimates from other companies who said they could work with our ducting. When they were looking at our ductwork through our suspended ceiling, mouse poop fell all over our basement (including our couch and clean clothes from doing laundry) and they didn’t mention it at all to me before leaving.

  Came to fix my AC thru a warranty claim and ended up causing my heat to go out. Was at my house for a total of 9 minutes. When i asked him if the heat was working before he left his response was, "it should be".

  They are rude. They lie. They were called in 3 times within a year for problems with out A/c by the warranty company 2/10 warranty. Each time they said nothing was wrong with it. Upon another company coming today for the exact same issues. The coils are completely rusted and leaking yet this company found nothing wrong. They are a bs company.
