  Responsive, quick, professional, fair priced and broke things down into understandable terminology. I never felt pressured or like I was being “sold” on anything… just this is what’s wrong, this is how to fix it (AC), here are your options and this is when we can be here. They were not the lowest estimate, not the highest estimate but the company we felt most comfortable with. We had a family friend (who was not able to fix or help us due to an injury) look at it prior and confirmed exactly what Bill Taylor Heating and Air said was wrong with it with no up selling. Then six months later our heater died in the middle of a 2-day snow storm and they came out so quick and diagnosed the problem. Within 36 hours we had a new hot water heater and they could have charged us as arm and a leg but rather charged us a fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Melissa Ringer: Bill and his tech came to my rescue today. The AC unit stopped working during the heat wave, saw a Taylor AC truck parked at a neighbor's house called and said would be there in an hour. The other company's tech wasn't coming until tomorrow and we needed fast service. Very professional and highly recommend Bill Taylor and his crew

  We have had Bill Taylor look after our heating and cooling systems for years. Whether for maintenance or finally replacing our units , his work has always been the highest caliber. He takes the time to explain the tasks involved and answers our concerns. It's his name on the truck and we would recommend him with utmost confidence.
