  The owner is so rude. Due to a miscommunication between Taylor Heat and Air and my 65 year old mother about payment, the owner threatened to come take her unit back. She's out of town and will return in two days to pay in full. Never will our family even consider doing business with him again.

  I don’t know where this woman is coming from but the owner of Taylor heat and A/C is a straight up honest person he does exactly what he says and most of the time more to make sure job is right but on the flip side when you deal with the public you get every excuse for payment and when no payment accord owners in every business gets a little discouraged so with all that said I think Taylor’s A/C are great folks been in business for a long time and the new owner has been an employer there for over thirty years I know and if you do work for him he pays as soon as your done no waiting around
