  I called at 7:45 tonight because I was having a furnace issue. I was told that a technician named Zack was available tonight and would be calling me in the next hour or two. After 2 hours I called to check ETA and was told that the tech was no longer available.There was no attempt to notify me. They were just going to have me wait indefinitely. I could have arranged for a different service if they had told me no one was coming. Unreliable, unacceptable, and unprofessional. Call someone else.
