  Highly recommend and thrilled with results. The professionalism and courtesy of the workers in this home was impeccable. A delight to deal and work with each and every day of their installation. Rod was fair, thorough, and most responsive to our needs on his quote. No hard sell and final invoice was exactly as quoted. No negative surprises with this company! Will now call on them for all our heating issues also.

  I could not be more grateful for Ashley , Michelle and her husband for making time to service us on short notice. It’s the hottest week of this summer and our ac broke down. I have an elderly person living in my home with a serious heart condition hooked up to a heart monitor and Defibrillator. My house was reaching about 94 degrees after the sun went down these last few days. I called countless places. I was told because I wasn’t an existing customer it would be about 4-6 weeks until they could service me. I was laughed at by a place when I tried to tell them that getting this fixed was an emergency. I had companies in Hyannis hang up on me when I told them I was located in Eastham. Finally I called tavano. They were so understanding and kind. They went above and beyond to help me. They came the same day. We ended up needing a part and before they even left my driveway they called for the part and came back to tell me it would be a day or two but no longer then two days until they came back. First thing the next morning they called to tell me they wouldn’t make it the very next day but they would 100% be there the following day. Two days after I originally called. On the second day they called me right away to let me know they had one place to stop before my house. This was so much quicker then any of the 15-20 places I called before. Tavano stayed in touch with me so I was never wondering how long my family would be suffering. We couldn’t stand the heat while waiting for them. So I called the office asking if the person coming to service us could let themselves in and they had no problem with that. I can’t tell you how many days of work I’ve missed, needing to be at my house waiting on the cable guy that says they will be there to service you between 8 am -2pm but shows up at 5 pm. Or the dish washer repair man that ended up not showing up when they said they would. Or the electrician that was a no call no show for our scheduled appointment. When tavano says they will be there. They WILL be there. If they can’t. They will call you first thing in the morning to let you know they won’t be able to make it. They had no problem letting themselves in. And billing us via email once they were done. I am so so so beyond grateful for how I was treated and the kindness everyone showed us. These days it feels like your just a number. They made me feel like I mattered and that they cared. You can clearly feel that this is a family business from the way you are treated from the second you speak with their receptionist. I don’t often leave reviews So lengthy but when a small business goes out of their way to help. And they are genuine and kind especially during this crazy Covid time. They seriously deserve some recognition. I will recommend them to anyone needing h-vac. I wish every business treated customers like these guys do. The world would be a better place. You just never know what people are dealing with or what someone is going through especially on the other end of a phone call. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything. And I think everyone should know how outstanding their staff is!!

  Tavano Mechanical has always gone above and beyond when working on our HVAC system. It never fails when it is convenient but thank god for the folks at Tavano. We even had a problem when the owners of the business had taken the company on a vacation and they still managed to get us running. Thank you for years of great service.
