T L Maintenance is my company's go to company for rental repairs. We've used Tim for many years and he has always quickly responded to our client's maintenance requests, fixed the problem quickly, and has affordable prices. He's changed out several AC units for clients of ours and they are very satisfied. Aside from HVAC work we use him to fix appliances, leaking faucets, change light fixtures, unclog pipes, etc. He knows a lot and is very skilled.
