  These guys are super sharp super professional! They repaired my unit had a leak saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new unit! I’ve been looking for several months trying to find somebody who was professional and tech savvy! I found them! Last company I tried was Mickey Mouse and did not even attempt to repair my leak! If these guys have a bad review it’s because of the person who wrote the review doesn’t know what the heck he’s talking about!

  T & D Heating and Cooling wired and serviced a brand new Mitsubishi mini-split system and branch box. I was forced to call them several times because the lines kept freezing up, it would stop cooling and the system would display a fault code. Despite my efforts by explaining these problems, Thomas Holley (owner) & Graeme Chipperfield (tech) kept telling me there was nothing wrong… yet the system would never operate correctly. So I called Jacksonville Heating Contractors, several things were found wrong that T&D did; the refrigerant was serviced wrong, the system was addressed wrong and the air handlers wired into the branch box was wrong. Jacksonville Heating Contractors fixed it right and the system has been operating without any issues for over a month, no line freezing, it cools/heats and no fault codes. I contacted T&D owners (Thomas & Denise Holley) several times asking for a “partial refund for the work they did wrong”. I provided them with documentation from Jacksonville Heating Contractors and information from Mitsubishi Tech Support that identifies what they did was incorrect. But they refuse to even talk with me about this and take responsibility for the work they performed. T&D has shown no business ethics and the owners have shown no integrity to make this right. Beware!
