  This is the same company that installed my air conditioning unit a year ago. The service was great from the owner. I feel as though it was the niceness to get my businesses, then after that screw her. 1st service call no call no show I had to call to find out what happened to the technician. And the 2nd time was late! Customer service they really need some training I will never do business with them again. If the owner Chris would just take the initiative to correct these behaviors, perhaps his business would go further, but he won't even return phone calls SMH. I am very 😞 with this company.

  Our heating system went out, Travis of Sylvester Air analyzed the problem (which wasn't an easy fix) and got the heater working again. He was very conscious and explained what he was doing and why. I own several properties and will use them again for a new installation next month and repair work. The best compliment you can give is: they showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem consciously, for a fair value and I would definitely use them again!
