  The technician was very willing to share advice and walk me through details of how my HVAC system and hot water heater work that i wasn't aware of. He was friendly and willing to do extra tasks while he was at my home with no extra charge. He was detail oriented and found a water leak previous contractors and I hadn't noticed before. The service was also very affordable. I recommend this company.

  I am very happy with the caring response and service I received from Swiss Air. The furnace wasn’t keeping temp and they showed us a few issues causing it. They didn’t try to sell me a new unit. They explained what to expect if they tried to “band aid” the one we had and let it be my choice. I did choose to get another ac and furnace installed and I couldn’t be happier. You can feel the air quality difference from the upstairs unit, which I am intending to replace as well. I can only say great things about the Alex and the other technicians and Alan who told us about our very fair and reasonable options. I highly recommend this wonderful company and intend to use them for years to come.

  I’m very pleased with the service(s) Swiss Air has provided me. Initially I had them out for a repair. Overtime I have replaced a very old HVAC and water heater and the Swiss Air service team has been fantastic. They even reached out to remind me to schedule routine system check ups that had been part of purchase.
