When I called the company, the young lady who answered the phone. Valerie, was professional and efficient. She explained the maintenance plan, that would save me money over time. The technician, David, was friendly, professional and explained everything that he was preparing to do and explained everything that was done. I'm very satisfied with Swift.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This company used to be called "Rapid Air." And now it is called "Swift Air." But it is 99% the same people. Don't be fooled into thinking it is a totally new and fresh company. This company, while it still called itself "Rapid Air" installed a new system in my house in 2016. And I've been plagued by issues ever since then. And every single issue was caused by one thing: a very, very bad installation job that was below all professional standards. Of course, they don't take any responsibility for it because they say it wasn't them who installed, but "Rapid Air." Which is a pathetic and ridiculous excuse, and they are somehow able to get away with it. It is the same people. I now have to pay another company for a new installation. There are so many things wrong with the old installation, and as a result, the inside components of the evaporator unit have been damaged beyond the point of repair. And the only common sense thing for me to do now is get rid of the trash that these "Rapid Air/Swift Air" people did and spend the money and start from scratch with a new unit installed by a PROFESSIONAL company. I feel completely taken advantage of. They took my money and in return they gave me back very bad workmanship in installation and a cheap-brand unit in return, plus all the issues that I've had with them for so long. I will never, ever, ever again deal with this company, and I will tell everybody that I know and work with about the horrible installation work that they did for me.

Mr. Talip, Unfortunately the unit installed at your property was installed under Rapid Air. Swift Air was not responsible for the installation of your unit. If you are having issues with the unit installed, at the bottom of the invoice that was provided at installation, you will find a license number of the company who did install the unit. With that license number, you will be able to report the installation to the State of Texas. The State of Texas will also be able to help you sort everything out with the license holder who was responsible for the installation of your unit. The Swift Air Team

Swift Air is a very professional company starting from the customer service . The office staff is very knowledgeable and the service from their professional tech are amazing . Call response was excellent will definitely use them again .
