Super customer service and a great variety of parts. Unfortunately they did not carry the brand specific part I needed but were helpful in helping me locate one.

First class operation! Staff is knowledgeable, respectful and professional.  Their specialty is HVAC. They are located in the heart of Louisville.  They even gave me a discount because of my military service. Here is the clincher....they are open a half day on Saturday. Just recommended them today to a repair person. "I'll be back".

So I have been trying to find an adapter for a gas line installation with a gas log fireplace set, and I have been to Home Depot, Lowes, plumbing supply on Main, and looked online, and could not find this thing anywhere. I was almost out of hope and went to SWH and they saved me!! They are so friendly and helpful and have everything you could need. Now my family will be so happy and can have a fire in the fireplace for the holidays. I will be giving them my business in the future.

I am leaving this review for my father. He came into the store yesterday needing help on a heater. The service was unbelievable, they even got on the phone with a 3rd party to figure out a solution for my father's problem. He took their advice purchased a valve they suggested went home and worked great! Thank you so much Joey and the team for all the great help. He has been telling everyone!!

Been here twice. They were busy both times. The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable when they got to me. They had a great selection of about anything you could want. Odds are you won't have to get anything ordered they will have it in stock.

Swh may seem like a shop only for pros but I'm not. They treat even a diy homeowner good. They have a knowledgeable staff, who are eager to help. Fast service was great so I could get back to fixing my furnace. The part I got was exactly what I needed and who knows how much money I saved. Highly recommended.
