  I found Swenson heating & Air Condition on Angie's List. I requested a call. Dane the owner called me and sent his tech rep next day to see what my issue was. They could not access the roof of our shop because the landlord had removed the ladder due to safety. So Dane offered to purchase a ladder. Today the tech rep was there with a ladder and fixed the issue. I am so impressed by their great Customer service, Honesty and knowledge. I asked Dane to give me an maintenance agreement. My Company is Simple Strands, Inc. Thank you Dane. We appreciate it very much.

  Our ac unit went down at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. I filed a work request with angie's list and had a phone call from swenson h&a within 30 seconds. They were out at my place 8am the next morning, had my ac running by 9, AND it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Couldn't be more pleased with the friendly, local service
