  I highly recommend Swartz Cooling and Heating. Jason and his team are always on time and conduct themselves professionally. They're reliable and do solid work. We had a unique situation with our home AC, and they weren't fazed by the challenge at all. They worked on it until they found the right solution. I am so happy with their service and will continue using them as long as I can.

  We use Jason and his team at our office in North Port. They are top notch. Great response time and always find a solution to any issues we are having. I am so happy with them, I use them for my home HVAC as well. I highly recommend Swartz Cooling and Heating.

  I had the AC unit in my rental condo fail in the middle of the summer,. I made one call to Swartz and they were there that day. They had a new unit installed within two days. They took care of the permit and the new foundation for the compressor outside. They saved me a lot of time and huge headache!
