We had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to replace our furnace ASAP since we were unable to use it due to CO poisoning risk. We called sure-fire and Tom was able to give us a thorough estimate and explained all the furnace options over the phone at 3 PM. By noon the next day, we had a brand new furnace and thermostat installed. The installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, again!

Steve has been out to my home for cleanings, both for the furnace and AC. He is very patient when answering all my questions. I always learn something new about my major appliances. He's also very knowledgeable, professional, and wants to do what's in the customers best interest. I would highly recommend Sure Fire to anyone. They are trustworthy and very easy to work with. Our furnace was out when we came home Saturday night. We called Sure Fire, got answering service. They said we would be called shortly. No one called. I called Sunday morning. I was told by the answering service that if I did not receive a return call in 30 minutes to call back. An hour and a half later, still no call. I called again and finally got a call back. He came Monday and said we should consider a new furnace and that Tom would call us today about it. Remember, we have no working furnace. As of 4:30PM, no call from Tom or anyone at Sure Fire. I called their office. I got the answering service again.
