  Terrible business. We had scheduled three different times for them to come give us an estimate on our AC and not one time did they show. No one called us to tell us they weren’t coming or to reschedule. My boyfriend who works nightshift stayed up for hours waiting for them to come, for them to not even have the respect to call and let us know they weren’t going to make it.
