  Pete came out same day for problem I’ve had for last few years. Previous company just didn’t take time to listen like Pete, he had it fixed in no time, new WiFi thermostat and little bit of refrigerant. I asked for info on service contract with him and signed immediately. Fantastic customer service and great prices. THANK YOU PETE

  Finally, the heating and cooling guys are here to replace the gas lines. We have not had gas since Easter due to a leak. A couple of years ago we were having an issue with our furnace. We called what we thought was a reputable company. (Paducah Heating and Air) They convinced us that we needed a new heating and air conditioning system. We paid them thousands of dollars for this new system. It turns out they never pressure tested the lines. We did not know this at the time. So we had a leak, we had the gas shut off. We called Paducah Heating and Air thinking that they installed the new system so they could fix the leak. For over a week they kept telling us they were sending someone over to fix it. This went on and on. Finally in a bout of pure frustration Dave had a heated conversation with the office manager. They decided they didn't want to assist us. I finally called the owner myself to find out why they would not come out here to replace the lines. He said they did not pressure test the system because they knew the lines were bad but that wasn't their problem. He even said he had one of his guys take pictures of the bad lines so they couldn't be held responsible if something happened. Needless to say they left us high and dry, their only interest was how much money they could make quickly, our safety was of no concern. As a matter of fact, the owner claims we wanted the work done for free and that is not the case. We wanted answers as to why the lines were not tested. Paducah Heating and Air said it's probably been leaking since they installed the new system (not their problem they were hired for the new system not the lines). We called another company, they are extremely busy this time of year so we had to go on a waiting list. They are finally here. Thank you Cody with Supreme Heating and Cooling for coming to our rescue. I wish we would have called them in the beginning.

  The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. They rushed out right before the 4th of July and fixed our A/C unit within 30 minutes. They were fast, reliable, friendly, and truly saved our weekend out of town!
