Customer Service First I like to say I didn't see a opption to select for phone Customer Services reviews, which there should be one because that's your front door to service. I called today to get my first oil supply before the weather start and spoke with Kathy. She was very pleasent and helpful.She answered all my question about possibly, starting a service plan and sending me information about it. I miss Good customer service....Thanks Kathy for your help. You do a great job of representing Supreme!☺

I have been a customer with Supreme Energy since Tullo Oil went out of business. Since that time, Supreme Energy installed a new boiler/furnace in my house, and I have maintained my service and oil deliveries with Supreme Energy with much satisfaction. The team of workers are all wonderful! Whenever I call, the staff is always courteous and immediately address my concerns. The oil delivery men are polite and inform me when they arrive to fill the tank. Recently, the valves on my radiators needed to be replaced. Bill, from the Service Department, scheduled an appointment for the day after my call! I am especially thankful to Leo Colon, the technician, who changed all the troublesome valves. Not only was he meticulous and orderly in his approach to remedy the problem, but he was also worked with efficiency and professionalism. He demonstrated how the new valves work and advised me regarding the temperature I should maintain in the house. My experience with Supreme Energy has been positive and I appreciate their dedication to their customers.

This is my first year as an oil customer and I am happy to say I've never been without heat, as they have consistently and reliably monitored my usage every month and will automatically send someone out when I am low. Saves me the headache of having to go out and monitor my tank every so often making sure I don't run out. Never had an issue with billing - they do work with you if you cannot pay in full. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable when he serviced my boiler for annual maintenance. Would recommend.
