  We were very disappointed with our visits to this Supply New England showroom and with the interactions with their salespeople. We visited 3 times in early 2020 - before the pandemic hit - and were ignored each time. We were renovating a bathroom and adding another bathroom so had a lot of potential business for them. Finally, our contractor referred us to one of their associates who I had a nice initial interaction with the first time to set up an appointment. However we had to reschedule. After that I left 4 messages with her to set up a new appointment and never got a call back. When I called the showroom, whoever answered the phone would just route me directly to her phone mail before I had a chance to say that she was not responding. I was finally told that she was on medical leave. Why could the other sales people not have told me that. Also, though I empathize with her being ill, she should have had someone else respond to her phone messages. I never even got a return call from her when she returned to work. Our renovations were delayed at least two weeks due to this unresponsiveness. Meanwhile, my call was finally picked up by a sales person - who was the one who informed me of the former sales person's medical leave - and we met with this sales person. We had a nice initial meeting, but then he had to reschedule our follow up meeting as he was not prepared a week later with the information that he was supposed to provide to us. Another week passed and he had just a small subset of the information we needed. We nonetheless decided to order a vanity from him, but never got another call back after that vanity was ordered - no communications on the status of the vanity or on the other items that we had discussed with him. We decided to go to Simon's Supply just up the road and had so much better service and interpersonal experiences with the sales people there. I highly recommend you go to Simon's instead of Supply New England too!! (And just btw, we are not difficult or challenging customers!!)

  Worse experience ever, after a year and three technical visits we have not been able to use the ac unit. The manager Chris Mitchell have said everything time we called that he will call back that he need to check the case and he never knows anything. It is so sad because we try to buy local store so local people can stay in the job. Please if you can run away if the company run…

  I have nothing but rave reviews for Supply New England’s rep. Susan Semrad. My husband and I are building a home on Cape Cod during this Spring season of Carona virus. Ms. Semrad was always available (by phone of course) with her gentle expertise guiding me through virtual showrooms of bathroom fixtures. I heavily relied on her advise and am very thankful she navigated us through these unusual times with so much patience and with a good dose of laughter. Thank you NE kitchen and bath gallery for helping us reach our goal. You are 5star all the way !
