  Stayed here during our honeymoon in the UP. Clean, comfortable room, right on the shore of Lake Superior. Took a swim every day! The owners were so nice and loaded us up with useful books and guides on the local area. One was really useful in helping us plan a short day hike in the Porkies! It's in easy driving distance to attractions in the surrounding area, and what a beautiful area it is. The other guests were super polite and quiet yet friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  This is Mike Merklinger. I stayed 2 days at the Superior Shores Resorts on Sept 20 & 22, 2021. The owners, Nardia and Jeremy were great people, the kind I'd call friends. Their place was clean, neat, and well organized. The water front is literally a stones throw from the cottage. There are nice beaches within easy driving to the south / west. It is a very nice place and look forward to staying there again next year when I venture up the the UP.

  Awesome place right on the water and perfect to stay at if you’re out exploring the state park. Had to cancel a night, but we will be back for sure! New owners are very kind.
