      We have used Superior Heating and Cooling on 2 separate occasions. The first time was for a furnace repair the second was for maintenance, both times Dave came out and he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We found our go to company for heating and cooling needs , we would highly recommend him. We were also very pleased that the following year they followed up with us to schedule maintenance, it was very convenient. The company was also very good about appointment reminders, texting to give us information on who was coming out and their information.

      I broke my thermostat by getting a string caught in it as I walked by. I ended up paying 317$ to get it fixed. This company seems to do good work but extremely overpriced. I took a picture of the old style thermostat that I purchased from them due to them not installing other brands, and it was 169$. That costs more than a nest. Then 70$ For half hour. Overall I’m happy my thermostat has been replaced but my old thermostat costed 30$ so I’m a little upset that it cost soooo much to fix. I paid the invoice and agreed so In the end, it’s my fault for paying but I’m not the type to have him come all the way out and not get the repair done especially after paying 78$ just to have him look at it. Overall I think a 78$ service fee on top of a 140$ hourly fee is a little pricey to begin with. So I’d probably look around more next time and would have this time, had I known.

      TK Lux, Thank you for your feedback. As with most Service Companies, there is a service fee to come out, which you are quoted on the initial booking of the call. Once he diagnoses the issue, our technician will provide you a quote for the repair. If you agree to the repair and charges, our service trucks are fully stocked and we strive to ensure we get customers taken care of in a prompt and timely manner, there is no waiting for your repair in most cases.       Chris Grone was my tech he came to check my appliances He called and came as scheduled for my appointment he was very friendly he had a nice smile and asked me if I had any concerns. I really like this company they come to do the job and does a very awesome one. Last year they were prompt as well with telling what was happening to my systems I have mentioned superior to others as well .THANKS SUPERIOR
