  At first they were very responsive and professional. I had my heat pump, furnace and ac replaced under a shady home warranty. I was patient as the parts took over 3 months to receive. They called and installed. The technician did not know how to re install the thermostat. He basically told me that I may have to call another company. He also left cigarette butts in my yard and driveway. Fortunately, I took a previous pic of the wiring and we worked through it. The ac ran great until the season changed. The "transition switch" on the heat pump banged loud and consistent. I called and was told the noise would go away after the break in period. I called again, and was told they would send a tech out once they caught up other work. I called them regularly for 4 months in until the next season and got the run around. The banging continued. Now, they refused to answer my calls. I left as addition 8 messages throughout the next few weeks. Not one attempt to return my call. So, I have to pay another company to come out and fix the transition switch. I would not recommend this company at all. Sorry, I wish I had a better experience.

  Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. We were referred to this company via our home warranty. He has came to our house 2 times now and has not fixed our air conditioner ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS. Each time he has came he has not solved anything. He said we needed a new compressor which he replaced and it still did not work next he said it was the thermostat which obviously still did not work. If you want to get ahold of him good luck because we’ve called several times with no response. Also he’s been a no show the last time we called when he said he was going to come out. GO ELSEWHERE some where that’s actually reputable. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

  2-10 Home Warranty sent this contractor to my home to repair 1 thermostat. The tech came into my home and started cutting and touching wires together to try to Jumpstart the system damaging the system and an unrelated thermostat. I had to have another HVAC contractor come to my home to tell me that the previous tech destroyed my system because it's a zoned system and you cannot Jumpstart a zoned system that's powered on because it will fry the zoning board, which is what this tech from Superior Heating and Cooling did. Now I have been trying to contact the company for days because 2-10 Home Warranty says it's not their fault and will not cover the damages but the business owner is not taking my calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE GETTING THE ATTORNEYS FROM MY JOB INVOLVED WITH BOTH THIS COMPANY AND 2-10 HOME WARRANTY.
