  Milton and all the guys in Richmond are great to work with. They always do what they can to make me feel like a #1 customer. Very knowledgeable on the Goodman product. Glad to be doing business with them since 2003.

  This place is A Joke I'm a small contractor that has been doing business with this place for years I purchased a Drum of R421 went back to my job and the customer changed their mind and went another route so I came back to return the drum of refergant I purchased and they charged me a 25 % return fee . The Manager I spoke with is very rude and lacks Customer service skills he had a very bad attitude you can best believe I will never Do business with this company

  We are sorry to hear how you feel, however, the 25% restocking fee is our standard policy for items returned. We do offer the Superior Dealer program for contractors who regularly purchase with us, which includes many benefits such as waived restocking fees.
