  These guys are professional and do really quality work. They have always responded within a day whenever I've had an issue and made it to my house within a reasonable amount of time based on the urgency of my issue. They trouble shoot more then any company I've ever dealt with for heating system problems. Be aware though, they are very expensive compared to the competition, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality. An example is a replacement part cost me 180 dollars on top of the 2 hours of labor which was 240 dollars. The part online costs 28 dollars and of course the extra they charged goes towards their overhead costs. My issue with my heating system was solved after this and I've had other companies try to repair the issue for 2 winters. So, great quality work, but more expensive, which I was willing to pay to finally solve my heating problem.

  We manage 27 apartments and have done business with Superior energy for over 10 years. They have maintained oil boiler, gas boilers, K1 furnaces, Rinnai heaters & Heat pumps for us. Over the years, we have tried other companies to varying levels of success, but we keep coming back to SES. They are easy to communicate with and show up when they say they will. But what puts them above everyone else is their emergency response. This past week one of our big buildings with 10 units had a boiler failure. This was a big problem for us. They sent guys out to keep the unit running three times. Once at 2am. And while the boiler was toast, they kept making it happen until we could get a new unit installed a few days later. If we didn’t have that kind of response during such cold temps, we would be looking at significant issues with both the safety of our tenants as well as the safety of our owners investment in the building itself. I would highly recommend the team at SES for homeowners and property managers alike.

  I would recommend this company anytime. John, the technician they sent to do the work, arrived on time didn't stop until the job was done. He was polite, professional and kept me informed the entire time he was here letting me know what he was doing and the parts that were going to be needed. Five stars for sure
