I just love this company. Mr David is the joy to talk to and extremely professional. 4 years of great service!

"Don't judge a book, by its cover."  While I was a little nervous, looking at the outside of the business, they were very professional & then some. They were on-time, very knowledgeable & clean (the wife hates her floors getting dirty). Not only did he fix the problem, he fine-tuned my system. It works better now, than when it was new. Sure wish the original installer, and/or the bi-annual service people had done that. You can be sure, that if I ever have a future problem, Superior Comfort Systems is who I will contact.

I can't say enough nice things about this business! I'll start with the quality that's most important to me, integrity. They gave an honest appraisal for replacing our air conditioning. They were true to their word for when they could do it, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. They were fast, efficient, and funny, to boot. Thanks, Superior Comfort Systems, for being conscientious, skilled, and effective. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to those out there in need of your services! So GOOD to know you're out there!

We were “introduced” by our warranty company.  David was professional, quick, Covid prevention responsible, and an all around nice guy.  Highly recommend!

Waited two weeks for them to come fix my AC. Gentleman came out, was very nice, but didn't fix it correctly and it broke again shortly after - same exact problem. Called them back to fix it and said they wouldn't do it because the soonest they could get back out was in 3 weeks. They wouldn't have to come back at all if they'd done it right the first time. Complete waste of time.

Edit: I'm seeing now where the company answered me. I cancelled once through the warranty company since they found someone who could come out faster (they weren't coming for 2 weeks, busy season). I even called and spoke to a young woman at the company and advised of the cancellation in case the warranty company forgot, and explained why I was cancelling. She was friendly.. I figured all was fine. Then 2 weeks later someone came to the door claiming that they didn't know I cancelled. That is not my problem. And I never had 3 appointments with this company. I even called the warranty company just now to confirm in case I was mistaken, and they only show one kept appointment and one cancelled appointment.

I am terribly sorry for the experience you had with our company, when we work through your home warranty company, we have to follow their guidlines. Your system was very low on refrigerant, they require us to put a sealing agent in the system, then correct the charge, which we did, if that does not work then tgey will authorize us to find the leak and go from there. I am sorry about the time to schedule the follow up from the warranty company, but we have had unseasonably warm temperatures and have been very busy. As far as the initial 2 week wait, you had cancelled appointments 3 times, once when our tech was at your door. Again I am sorry you had a disappointing experience with us.

Installed 2 systems with all new duct work as well.  Superior is the perfect name.  System is in it's 2nd year, balanced air flow and clean, installed a whole house air filtration as well.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!
