      We contacted Superior Comfort to design and install Mitsubishi Split-Unit heating and air conditioning systems. Our first contact was with Marissa, who scheduled our first on-site conversation with Chad, their design engineer. He quickly designed and laid out a system that we felt would efficiently meet our needs. Their installation proposal was detailed and fairly priced. About 4 weeks later, the installers arrived for the first day of a 4 day installation. The installers, Matt and Derek, had lots of experience and efficiently attended to the details of the installation. They worked well together as a team, and addressed every question we had and were able to improve on the original layout from Chad. The final installation, working around a slab foundation and difficult access points through the walls, was brilliant. The workmanship was top shelf, gaps and holes were properly filled, AND, the system has worked perfectly, through our very hot summer into this early winter in Rhode Island. This was not my first experience with Mitsubishi - we love their products. I appreciate that they give their suppliers specific training for their products. For example, Superior Comfort has attained the highest level of training (Diamond Contractor Elite) from Mitsubishi. As Derek and Matt executed the installation, my questions were answered with "We got trained in how to resolve this." Their work was amazing! And we are very satisfied with the company and its follow-through, again, through Marissa in the office. Top shelf workmanship and great equipment!! John Mueller - Barrington, RI

      We have been very pleased with our entire experience with Superior from start to finish! We installed central A/C in the second floor of our home and put in a split on the first floor. The team has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very "down to earth" the entire time. All of the installation was completed quickly and professionally, with a lot of attention to detail and cleanliness, which we really appreciated. The in-house carpentry and ductwork is also very evident in how fantastic everything turned out. Superior prices may be a bit higher than some other companies but you're truly getting the highest quality parts and service. The entire crew was very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole precess too! We'll be needing to replace our boiler soon and will certainly hire Superior again for the job. Thank you!

      My gas boiler died this week and I called 5 local companies for a service call and only Superior was willing to come to my house without forcing me to signup for a service contract. Turned out my 30 year old boiler was DOA. Superior replace my old unit with a new high efficient system went seamlessly. The 2 install techs (Christian & sorry forgot the other guys name) did a great job, finished ahead of schedule, worked quietly (I work from home) and left the area cleaner than they found it. Overall very happy with Superior Comfort.
