  We had a tune up on our furnace and to no surprise the 22yr old system was getting ready to retire. Iceberg heating and cooling did the tube up and did a great job inspecting. When we inquired on a new system they dropped the ball. The rep that came out didn’t spend much time looking at the system and needs we needed. She then gave us a list of options and the highest being way past our budget and only offered around a 80% efficiency. Thank the Lord my parents had theirs replaced and I gave Superior a call. The rep that came out was very thorough and explained everything to us and gave multiple options. We ended up going with the high end package which offers a two stage furnace with a 96% efficiency, whole house humidifier, and high end air filter that last 6months to a year. Also a brand new air conditioning unit. All in all going with the high end package we still saved around $4,000 choosing Superior over Iceberg. Icebergs package only offered the furnace that wasn’t even that efficient. Their scheduling was great we only had to wait till the following week. The techs that did the job turned what would have taken two days into a single day, they walked us through the whole process, and they were extremely considerate given the circumstances. If you need a furnace this company is the one. If need any work done ask for Justin, Thomas, and Donald. THIS is the crew that you want. Good job guys!!

  This company was top notch from start to finish. Tony took his time when he came over to access our needs. He was very thorough and gave me two very good options to replace our 30 year old furnace and air conditioner. The work was completed the following week by 4 very competent and professional gentlemen. Ethan, Justin, Tyler, and Thomas completed the installation. They took great care to use boot coverings and drop cloths to keep our home clean. We have always believed in staying local if at all possible and Superior exceeded our expectations.

  We had our AC, furnace, and water heaters replaced, and our ducts sealed and insulated, and Superior gave us a great deal for everything as well as a financing offer. Justin and Donald came to our place in Flat Rock and from the start were courteous, professional, and respectful of the property. They put down cloths to protect our floors and stairs, took care to fold up area rugs so they would not be trampled, and were communicative throughout the process (letting us know when water would be turned off and back on, what parts they’d be working on each day, answered all of our hundreds of questions, and demonstrated all features before they left). They cleaned up after each work day, and I even commented that things were cleaner after each day than when they arrived! We’ll definitely call on Superior again if we ever need more (and they’ll be servicing everything they just installed). Highly recommend!
