  Supercool was outstanding from start to finish. They came in diagnosed my A/C issue gave me a price and had me up and running in no time. Trustworthy, Dependable and communication A1. Micah and the whole team are amazing. The level of service and quality of care without hesitation is the best in town!. You will not be disappointed.

  Micah and his team were very responsive when I called with A/C issues. Supercool came out that same day (with in 2 hours of my call) and began troubleshooting my system. Even though they weren’t the installers, they worked on my behalf to get my defective parts replaced under warranty. They came back out the next morning maybe had us up and going by lunch. Supercool will be the only A/C service company we will call going forward. Micah was very professional and explained everything along the way. Reasonable pricing, great quality and superior customer service.

  I was getting ready to pay a diagnostic fee from another company for someone to come out to my house and check out my heating. With other companies it's so difficult to talk to somebody who actually knows what they're doing--you have to just talk to the receptionist. When I called super cool they just walked me through some of the common problems and I was able to fix it over the phone And they didn't charge me anything. Super responsive and kind. I will be using them in the future. I highly recommend!
