  Mitchell is professional, knowledgeable, and polite. His service work is great and the prices are reasonable. I was having an issue with my gas furnace and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offer a prompt solution at a good price. Would recommend. 5/5 stars.

  I called Super Cool for a second opinion on trouble I was having with my heat. He was able to get out to me pretty quickly and fixed the issue for a much better price than I was quoted elsewhere. There is no fluff with Mitchell. He will tell you what is what with your system and give you fair options for remediation. I'm glad I found him and will definitely use him again the future.

  Mitch was super helpful. He diagnosed our AC was frozen and came back the next day and repaired our whole unit. Didn't price gauge us at all. Cheap, easy and just a great overall guy. If you need your AC or heat fixed in the Uptown Charlotte area I highly recommend.
