I really appreciated that Austin seemed not only knowledgeable, but was extremely courteous and respectful. His coworker Jeremiah was really kind and thoughtful, as well! Neither of them were pushing sales on me, but recommended what they felt would work best to improve the quality of air in my home. I really appreciate them both. It's always a little scary inviting people into your home that you've never met, but I really felt that Austin and Jeremiah were very sensitive to that fact and the customer service operators were fantastic, as well! My entire experience so far with this company has been great, and I'm looking forward to their finishing the job so that we can get back to living our lives in a healthier environment. :)

Excellent first time experience with Sunny Service. The technician was on-time, very upfront and honest, thorough, and really took the time to ensure I knew the condition of my old system and what paths I have to consider. I never felt pressured or pushed to make a decision and I truly felt the technician cared about me as a customer. This is definitely a company that is more focused on building long-term relationships over a quick sale. It’s so hard to find this type of customer service these days.

We have been using Sunny Service for about 4 years. During that time we have have two maintenance checks / tuneups per year on both AC units which has paid off since we never have had either unit fail. We are so pleased with the thoroughness of the inspections and the A+ level of customer care we receive. I have and will continue to recommend Sunny Service to family and friends.
