We first used Sundance in 2016 to buy a gas fireplace. Brian took time to listen and understand our needs. The installation went flawlessly. We also use them to provide the annual maintenance to our furnace. Kara provides excellent scheduling and customer service. Tim did our most recent maintenance. He was thorough and super personable. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Sundance for annual maintenance on our Gas fireplace and furnace for the past three years. Technicians are very professional and timely. Honest opinions are given and education provided. Bryan was here today and arrived on time and was very courteous and efficient with the fireplace and furnace tune up. Strong customer service from both the office and field personnel make doing business with Sundance easy.

We made an appointment to have our gas fireplace and our furnace checked and cleaned. Heather came out to service both and she did an awesome job! She was very thorough and professional! In the process she even noticed a leak in our hot water heater (12 years old) and we made an appointment to have that replaced. If she didn’t catch that, we could have had a mess on our hands if that suddenly went out. We really appreciated Heather’s great service! We highly recommend her! Bryan and Tim, from Sundance, came out to replace our hot water heater and we were again pleased with their fast thorough service. We have an unusual set up with gas pipes in front of the water heater, but they confidently removed them, changed the water heater, and replaced the pipes in better condition than before! We appreciated that they were prompt and on time! We are now enjoying our new hot water heater! We would highly recommend them both!
