  I have rented from this location a couple of times before. so I have had different experiences each occasion. 1st time everything was excellent. 2nd time it took them 30 minutes to find the equipment that I'd rented, no one knew where it was at. 3rd time I rented a dump trailer, got it loaded and was ready to dump it in the battery was dead. Was in a location where it made it very difficult to get the battery charged. The good news to that was that I called them and told them that I was going to be on able to return it that day due to wasting time on having to charge battery. Upon returning it they Apologized would not charge me. I thought that was pretty nice but is still missed the whole workday up for me.

  the process went good up until the machine they rented us broke down halfway through our job. after returning the machine and them not having a replacement they said we could use a different machine to do the same work and would credit us the difference in cost of the rental. the next day we went to pick up said machine and they wanted to charge us the rental of that machine. then that machine needed some accessories to use it, which the day before said could be rented for $50. however that day they wanted to sell us $180 worth of accessories. so what started off as a $350 full day rental, ended up in being charged $350 for a half day rental, a halfway finished job, and them wanting to charge another $300 for a smaller machine and $180 accessories. RIDICULOUS!!!!
