  Ryan was very professional & didn’t over sell or pressure me. He really listened to my needs. The company was very helpful & got the equipment as quickly as possible! Barrett was incredible too. Very personable, professional & patient! Took the time to make sure I understood my new thermostat! Will definitely use again if needed but will surely recommend!!

  The service is quite good. Sitting up the appointment was easy. The technician that came to the house to look at the furnace repair was experienced and knowledgeable. The real bummer is the price they wanted to do the repair. I already researched the retail costs of the part that I thought was failing and they wanted an insane number in parts and labor, plus it's $65 fee to go pick up the part, plus the $140 service charge just to come out and look at the damn thing. It was a ridiculous number. I was able to have the part expedited to my house overnight, and had the heat back on the next day, with a reasonable amount of mechanical aptitude. Saved me what was apparently $800 in labor. They're good and knowledgeable, but insanely pricey.

  Diego and Julius went above and beyond and were respectful of the house and the people in it. We appreciate all they have done for us and are so thankful our heater is working right. They were both friendly and held great conversation. They were very informative about everything we needed to know and we couldn't have gotten better service.
