  Our house had extensive flood damage. The floors were sagging in all but two downstairs rooms. As we peeled back the flooring, there was evidence of makeshift repairs after flooding. Repairing them was not easy. Joists, flooring and sub-flooring had to be replaced and multiple concrete piers were laid under the house. A sump pump was added. The floors are now level and attractive; my wife and I are very happy with the results. The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. We would definable use Sun Comfort for any other repair or remodling jobs. The second photo shows the dining room after repairs. The first is a before shot of the entrance hallway.

  I couldn't be happier with the job Sun Comfort Inc. did in designing and building a series of hillside decks around my house. The workmanship is excellent, and the crew was a pleasure to have on my property. They were respectful of my house, and gentlemen in every way.
