While everyone was very nice I feel like I was talked into a duct cleaning I didn't need. I bought my house a year ago and didn't mind having it done if it actually needed it. Once here I was told certain areas upstairs were like brand new and didn't need to be cleaned. So they skipped it. Completely opposite of what the guy who talked me into getting it in the first place said. Considering I paid over $1000 I was confused. While the manager tried to come back and make it right and finish what they skipped at this point I don't want them back in my house. You try to trust companies are doing right but I definitely feel taken advantage of at this point.

Izzy is the man. Super professional and friendly. Had the issue handled in 2 minutes. We purchased a service plan from Summers as well because it’s a great value on top of being a great business to deal with. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Summers.

I’ll give a star for availability timeliness and a nice kid who came out. Unfortunately he didn’t seem to try very hard to clear the drain I had an issue with. Shy of locating the exact blockage he very lightly ran their medium machine and put more work into trying to up sale me on a collapsed pipe which I knew was not the issue at all. Once he departed I literally cleared the blockage myself with a garden hose within 15 minutes. I feel as if I paid 150 for him to show me the blockage on camera so I could fix it.
