  I've used Summers now for about 5 years. I've always had excellent customer service. Today I had my furnace inspection. There were many issues with my furnace, kind of expected, 14 years old. The gentleman that helped us today showed us many pictures and went over all the issues that the furnace was having. He was very knowledgeable of the furnace functions and told us things that we should expect to happen if we don't do some repairs, which of course would be very expensive. We have 3 children and worry about there safety and being comfortable in the house. My wife and I decided we really need to look into replacing it. After talking with our serviceman about this, we thought it would be best to move forward. He gave us pros and cons, and the pros out weighed the cons. He explained everything thoroughly, and educated us at the same time making the decision very easy. Thank you Summers for all your help.

  Everyone from Summers was knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Jason J. and Steve D. came up with a plan to remove our old stand alone whole house steam humidifier from our living room and install a new system out of sight. Technicians Steve D, Josh W, Sebastian C. and Glenn S. performed an excellent job of removing the old and installing the new as well as adding insulation in our attic. There was nothing easy about this job, it had all kinds of issues to overcome and they all had a smile on their faces and did a super great job. We liked their service so much, we signed up for the service maintenance plan.

  Carey was professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. We did have an issue with water pressure adjustment and we needed him to come back later that day, and he made sure to get back to us and ensured we were satisfied, checking the pressure multiple times at various locations before he left. I appreciated his willingness to ensure the job was done correctly and we were satisfied despite being well past the end of his day.
