Rob has been great through multiple service calls. We’ve had him out to do a thorough check of our very old furnace. He’s been able to help our existing system limp along through the weekend until we can schedule a replacement. He’s been very professional and knowledgeable.

We could not be more pleased with our service through Summers. We were able to call on a Monday and have someone out to service our sink the next day. The gentleman Matt I talked to for scheduling was very kind and patient with questions. Travis was our technician and there are not enough kind words we can say. He was so nice and pleasant and went through all details with us for the repair. It’s so amazing to have someone explain everything and be awesome at what they do. We will be using Summers for all our future plumbing needs!

Very impressed with Billy Buchanan and his assistant in replacement of bathroom stopper and trap pipe. Received text prior to service call with photo of who to expect. Problem was assessed and quoted and repair service was completed in a timely fashion. Very pleasant and professional. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
